Terms and Conditions:
Deposits/Reservations:
You can make your reservation by calling my toll free
number 1-866-BIGJIMS (244-5467). A deposit is required
to secure your reservation – a 50% deposit for
bookings made more than two weeks prior to the charter
with the remainder due at the time of the charter. For
bookings made less than two weeks before the charter
a 100% deposit is needed. |
Cancellations/Refunds:
A 10% processing fee ($50 minimum) will be charged for
any cancellation. A full price refund (less processing
fee) will be made for cancellations made more than a
month prior to the charter. A half price refund (less
processing fee) will be made for cancellations made
within a month of the charter, unless I can rebook the
trip/day, in which case a full refund (less processing
fee) will be made. No-shows and cancellations on the
day of the charter will not be refunded.
If Big Jim’s Charters must cancel a trip due
to weather or mechanical, and other accommodations
cannot be made (e.g. booking on another boat), a full
100% refund will be made (no processing fee). In addition,
a 10% discount will be offered on a future booking. |
Price:
I offer private
and exclusive
tours. That means it will only be you and your group
(up to six people) on the tour. I do not have “seat
fare” nor do I mix groups. Because yours is a
private tour, I work with you to accommodate your needs
to help make your charter experience the best it can
be. My rates are for the entire boat – I have a modified
boat rate depending on the number of people in your
group. I can take up to six people on Reel Time.
If your group is larger, I work with other captains
in order to meet your needs (their rates may be different
from my published rates). |
